Terms of use

Your workspace and connected accounts

Use only workspaces, websites, business accounts and materials you are entitled to manage. Keep your sign-in details secure and give workspace access only to people authorized to act for you. You are responsible for selecting the correct project and connected account.

Connecting Facebook, Instagram or another provider is optional. You choose the permissions and assets you authorize with that provider. You can disconnect a saved connection in embrlla or revoke access with the provider. A connection does not, by itself, publish content or purchase advertising.

Content and approval

You retain the rights you hold in materials you add. You give embrlla permission to process those materials as needed to provide the features you request, including sending approved content to your chosen connected provider.

Review generated text, images, claims, rights, destination and timing before approving publication. AI output and website analysis can contain errors. Suggestions, estimates and drafts are not guarantees of accuracy, reach, sales or search ranking.

Publishing is available only when the relevant feature, account permissions and provider approvals are in place. A provider may reject or delay content. Check the recorded delivery result before trying again after an uncertain outcome. Disconnecting an account does not delete content already published on that provider.

Acceptable use

Do not use embrlla for unlawful content, infringement, impersonation, unauthorized access, spam or interference with another person's service or data. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service and its users.

Availability and paid services

Features depend on their current availability and on connected providers. Provider permissions, rules and technical availability can change. Any charges, subscription period, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions must be stated in the offer or agreement you accept for a paid service. These terms do not create a paid subscription by themselves.

Privacy and ending use

Our privacy notice at https://embrlla.com/privacy explains the information used by the service and how to contact us about access or deletion. Meta-specific instructions are at https://embrlla.com/privacy#meta-data-deletion. Contact comboworks@gmail.com to discuss closing your workspace or retaining an export of your materials. Closing a workspace and revoking a provider connection are separate actions.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separately agreed customer contract continues to govern the matters it covers.
